For those of you (us) who are constantly promising to get fitter and healthier, there are plenty of seemingly valid excuses for why – just now – isn’t the right time.

For many, business travel comes high up on the list.

Travel Fit Guides (unfortunately) eliminates that excuse. These simple printed guides help health conscious travelers find their fitness fix on the road – covering everything from where to find exercise classes to where to take that early morning jog.

From the website:

Whether looking for a safe running route, a good cardio-kickboxing class, a place to purchase soy milk, an English-spoken Pilates class, a personal trainer, a yoga studio, a swimming pool, or the best walking tours to help burn off some of the amazing cuisine, TravelFit Guides will provide the most useful, detailed information in a clear, easy-to-read, pocket-sized format for the fit traveler on the go.

Currently available for travelers to Paris and London, Rome is the next city to get its own guide. And while we love this simple niche publishing idea, a well-organized website is the obvious next step – a project for a fit and feisty entrepreneur perhaps?
