UK clothing brand Howies has unveiled a line of clothing which is guaranteed to last for 10 years.
The Hand-Me-Down range is limited to jackets and bags at the moment but product longevity is a trend we’d expect to see influencing other brands too – capitalizing on growing movement towards artisan quality, long term value and sustainability
As Howies co-founder David Hieatt explains on the site:
We live in times of limited resources but unlimited desire to consume them. The answer though is real simple: to consume less as a consumer; to make a better designed product as a manufacturer.
